Futila Sea Breeze is located in the Province of Cabinda, about 28 km north of its capital, Cabinda.

Set by the sea, on the southern boundary of the Fútila vilage, only 5km south from the Malongo Base and a 25 minute drive from the airport of Cabinda.

Cabinda has humid tropical climate. Annual rainfall is around 800mm and average annual temperature varies between 25° C and 30o C. These climatic conditions favor the existence of a rich fauna and flora. The region is rich in minerals and precious woods but Cabinda has as its most precious asset, the kindliness of its inhabitants. They are people of tradition. Among the various forms of cultural expression, music is an important component in traditional culture as is wood carving.

The city has a museum, showcasing handicrafts, traditions and customs of the province. The city has a cultural center whose purpose is to develop different activities in music, dance, visual and performing arts.
